Claim a ZIP. Each month we build a list of owners there who may sell.
2. Look at your leads
Every lead has a seller score (the circle) and flags that say why.
3. Filter and export
Narrow down in Leads, then download a CSV from your ZIP page.
4. Mail postcards
Upload the Postcard-ready CSV to Thanks.io or Postalytics. Repeat monthly.
Questions
What is a lead?
A lead is a home in your ZIP whose owner may be likely to sell. We pull owner names and mailing addresses from public county records (Florida NAL tax roll) and rank them.
How does the score work?
Each lead gets a seller score. Points come from signals like owning a long time, being on the tax-certificate (delinquent) list, living out of state, or an estate, trust or LLC owner. Higher score = more signals. It is an estimate, not a promise.
What do the flags mean?
Flags are the reasons a lead stands out: tax-delinquent (on the tax-certificate list), absentee/out-of-state (owner mails elsewhere), estate/trust, company-owned (LLC), long-held (owned many years) and life estate.
What is a life estate?
A life estate means someone can live in the home for life, then it passes to named heirs. These homes often change hands within a few years.
How do I filter leads?
Open Leads in the left menu. Choose score range, owner type, absentee, tax-delinquent, years owned, life estate or ZIP, then press Apply. Reset clears filters.
How do I download / export my list?
Open a ZIP from the ZIPs menu and use Export. Pick 'Postcard-ready CSV' for mailing services, or the full CSV for your CRM. Past lists are under Exports.
How do I mail postcards?
Download the Postcard-ready CSV and upload it to a mailing service such as Thanks.io or Postalytics. They print and mail for you. Mail monthly for best results.
How do I see details about a property?
Click any address. You'll see the owner, mailing address, land use, year built, size, values, last sale, exemptions, flags and score, plus links to the county appraiser and Google Maps.
Do I get new leads every month?
Yes. Each active ZIP gets a fresh list each month. Owners we already sent you are left off the next one.
Exclusive vs shared?
Exclusive means only you get that ZIP's list. Shared ($9.99/month) can be held by more than one agent. Some ZIPs are reserved and not for sale.
Do you give phone numbers or emails?
Plans include mailing addresses only. Owner emails for exclusive ZIPs are coming soon. We do not provide phone numbers.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account and cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See Terms for refund details.
What if an owner asks to be removed?
Owners can opt out at zipowners.com/opt-out. Opted-out owners are removed from all lists automatically.

Yes. Open 'See a sample' from the home page to browse a real ZIP's leads before you buy.
